RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return Policy
- A full refund, less a 10% Restocking fee, will be issued on unworn merchandise returned within 7 business days of you receiving the delivery.
- All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached.
- All orders returned by mail will receive a refund credit issued to the original form of payment, minus 10% Restocking fee.
- Contact us for a Return Authorization Code before shipping back the items.
- It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
- Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your Return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges will be granted on all unworn merchandise returned within 7 business days of your receiving the items.
- The process for exchanges is to process a return first and issue a store credit back to you. THEN a new exchange order is placed and your store credit is used MINUS any Restocking fees.
- The new order will be sent via standard delivery.
